How to run a faceless OnlyFans

You can run an OnlyFans without your face in a single post. What you can't skip is verification: OnlyFans still checks the real adult behind the account, privately. This guide covers the faceless approaches that follow the rules, including disclosed AI characters, and the labeling and consent rules that come with them.

Last updated: October 28, 2026. Platform rules and fees checked against each platform's own published pages on October 28, 2026.

The short answer

  • Faceless means your face isn't in the content. It doesn't make you anonymous to the platform: OnlyFans' Terms ask for a valid ID and two photos of you to open a creator account.
  • The legitimate options are real content shot with your face out of frame, a disclosed AI character, a stylized virtual persona, or a platform built for AI creators.
  • AI content on OnlyFans needs a clear AI label in every caption, and nobody's face, body or photos can be used without their consent.

What faceless does and doesn't mean

On a faceless account, fans never see your face, and ideally they never learn your name, location or anything else that identifies you. The platform still knows who you are. OnlyFans asks every creator for ID and photos, pays earnings to your own payout method, and treats you as legally responsible for everything you upload.

Nothing in the OnlyFans Terms of Service we read requires your face to appear in your posts. Verification and content are separate: one proves who owns the account, the other is what fans pay for. Our guide to OnlyFans verification covers the check itself.

Fanvue says the same thing directly. Its help centre says the account owner must complete ID verification "even if your face never appears in your content," and that your ID isn't shown on your profile.

Four legitimate faceless approaches

1. Real content with your face out of frame

The classic approach uses framing, angles, crops, mirror shots and lighting that keep your face out of the picture. It suits creators who want to be the real person behind the account without being recognizable.

Covering your face is different from keeping it out of frame. Fanvue's Acceptable Use Policy (updated September 25, 2026) says real creators must not wear masks or face coverings that stop Fanvue verifying who appears in content, and that creators "must have their face visible for verification" to be featured. If you plan faceless real content on Fanvue, ask its support how that applies to you first.

2. A disclosed AI character

An AI character is the most complete faceless option: the content shows a fictional person, not you. On OnlyFans the account still belongs to you as the verified human, and every AI post needs a clear caption label such as #ai or #AIGenerated. Read the OnlyFans AI content policy before the first post.

The character has to look like nobody real. Don't build it from a real person's photos, and don't make it resemble a celebrity or another creator. Consistency is the hard part: fans follow a person they recognize, so the character's face and body need to stay the same across hundreds of posts. Vixxxen's character LoRAs and FaceLock are built for that; see consistent AI characters.

3. A stylized or virtual persona

Some creators use a clearly illustrated, anime or 3D persona instead of a photorealistic one. This matters most on Fansly: its Help Center (July 8, 2026) says photorealistic AI-generated content is not allowed there, but you can apply as a non-photorealistic virtual entity, verified with your real legal identity. The details are in Fansly vs OnlyFans.

4. A platform built for AI creators

Fanvue treats AI creators as a recognized, verified category. The human owner verifies, Fanvue labels the account as AI, and one verified identity can run up to 15 AI accounts and 2 human accounts. Our review, Is Fanvue legit?, covers its fees and payouts.

Rules that still apply to a faceless account

As of October 2026, each platform's own pages set these rules:

Money: what faceless changes and what it doesn't

Faceless and AI accounts can earn money, but nothing guarantees they will, and we don't publish income figures. What is fixed is the platform's share. As of October 2026, OnlyFans keeps a 20% fee on each fan payment, Fanvue's standard rate pays creators 80%, and Fansly pays creators 80% of subscriptions, sales and tips.

Without a face, promotion carries more of the load. Our promotion guide for AI creators covers Reddit, X, SFW Instagram and TikTok funnels, and each platform's rules.

Where Vixxxen fits

Vixxxen is the production side of a faceless AI account: one consistent character, SFW teasers for social platforms, premium sets and short videos, and edits when a detail is off. It doesn't run your fan accounts or post for you. You stay the verified owner, and you label the AI content.

Faceless OnlyFans FAQ

Can you do OnlyFans without showing your face?

Yes. Nothing in the OnlyFans Terms we read requires your face in your posts. You still verify privately with a valid ID and two photos of you, and you stay responsible for everything on the account.

Do you still need face verification for a faceless OnlyFans?

Yes. Verification is separate from your content. OnlyFans asks every creator for ID and photos to confirm a real adult owns the account, and it can ask for more verification later.

Can I use an AI character for a faceless OnlyFans?

Yes, if you are the verified adult who owns the account and each AI post is clearly captioned as AI, for example with #ai or #AIGenerated. The character must not resemble a real person.

Can I use someone else's photos on a faceless account?

No. Post only content you made or have the rights to. Using another person's photos, face or body, including as a base for AI images, needs their documented consent, and the platforms' rules forbid it without that.

Is Fanvue or Fansly better for a faceless AI creator?

For a photorealistic AI character, Fanvue, because it has a verified AI creator category and Fansly does not allow photorealistic AI content. Fansly accepts non-photorealistic virtual creators. For real faceless content, check each platform's rules on face coverings first.

Can you make money on OnlyFans without showing your face?

Some faceless creators do, but no platform or tool guarantees income. Earnings depend on your content, promotion, pricing and audience. OnlyFans keeps a 20% fee on each fan payment.
