Vixxxen / AI OFM Platform / Fansly vs OnlyFans
On fees, Fansly and OnlyFans are level: both leave creators 80%. The real difference for AI creators is the content rule. OnlyFans allows AI-generated content when every post is labeled, while Fansly's Terms ban photorealistic AI content outright. Here is the full comparison as of October 2026, plus Fanvue as a third option.
Last updated: October 28, 2026. Platform rules and fees checked against each platform's own published pages on October 28, 2026.
As of October 2026, from each platform's own terms and help pages:
| Feature | OnlyFans | Fansly |
|---|---|---|
| Operator | Fenix International Limited, London | Select Media LLC, Maryland |
| Creator share | 80%: OnlyFans' fee is 20% of each fan payment | 80% of subscriptions, sales and tips |
| AI-generated content | Allowed if it follows the Terms and each caption labels it as AI, for example #ai or #AIGenerated | Photorealistic or lifelike AI content is not allowed, even when labeled; non-photorealistic virtual creators can apply |
| Creator verification | A valid ID and two photos of you; more whenever OnlyFans asks | An Ondato ID and age check, then ID front and back, a photo with the ID and a handwritten sign, and a short video |
| Discovery | Home-page recommendations based on what fans with similar subscriptions follow | An algorithmic For You page and hashtags; locked posts need a free preview |
| Payouts | To your chosen payout option once your balance meets the minimum; in USD | To a verified bank account or approved method, through payout processors or bank wire |
| Inactive accounts | Not covered in the Terms we read | $5 a month comes off the balance after 12 months without a login |

OnlyFans' Terms allow AI-generated content as long as it complies with the rest of the Terms and is "clearly and conspicuously captioned" as AI, with a signifier such as #ai or #AIGenerated. A real, verified adult still owns the account. The full rule and a publishing checklist are in Does OnlyFans allow AI content?
Fansly's Terms of Service (last updated July 21, 2026) bar three uses of AI: photorealistic or lifelike content substantially generated by AI, including face swaps and synthetic media designed to look like real people; AI systems that interact with fans to generate personalized responses or imagery without human oversight; and anything that passes AI material off as real human work. Fansly's Help Center article on AI content (July 8, 2026) adds that labeling photorealistic AI content as AI does not make it allowed.
Fansly does accept non-photorealistic virtual creators. You register and verify with your real legal identity and government ID, then run the account under the virtual persona once approved. Any co-performers, even voice-only virtual ones, need verification too.
The second rule reaches chat as well: AI that talks to fans without a person overseeing it is not allowed on Fansly, so any AI help with messages needs human oversight.
Both platforms keep 20%. OnlyFans' Terms say "Our Fee is calculated as 20% of the total Fan Payment", and Fansly's say creators earn 80% of the revenue from subscriptions, sales and tips on their content and profile. Both can take back earnings tied to chargebacks.
On OnlyFans you withdraw once your balance meets the minimum payout amount, and everything is in USD, so your bank or wallet may charge conversion fees. On Fansly you add a verified bank account or another approved payment method, plus tax details such as a W-9 if you're in the US, and Fansly pays through its payout processors or by direct bank wire. Fansly also takes $5 a month from an inactive account's balance after 12 months without a login.
Fanvue pays the same 80% as standard and advertises 85% for a creator's first month; see Is Fanvue legit? for its payout timing.
Fansly documents an algorithmic For You page. To appear there, a post has to be marked Promote Post, and locked media needs a free preview. Fansly suggests clear, relevant words and hashtags so the algorithm can match posts with the right fans.
OnlyFans' Terms say it may recommend creators on a fan's home page based on what fans with similar subscriptions have chosen to follow. Beyond that, plan on bringing your own traffic. Our guide to promoting an OnlyFans as an AI creator covers Reddit, X, SFW funnels and each platform's rules.
OnlyFans asks for a valid ID and two photos of you, plus payout details, and can ask for more verification at any time. Fansly runs a two-stage application: an identity and age check through Ondato, then a form with your ID front and back, a photo of you holding the ID and a handwritten sign with your legal name, the date and "For Fansly", and a short video of you holding both with your face visible.
Neither platform lets an AI character verify itself. If OnlyFans keeps asking you to verify again, read OnlyFans verification explained.

Whichever platform you choose, Vixxxen makes the content: one consistent character, SFW teasers and premium sets, with the editing tools to fix details. It doesn't post to or verify any platform for you. For Fansly, only a clearly non-photorealistic persona is allowed, so check your style against its rules first.
Each fact comes from the platform's own pages, read on October 28, 2026. Fansly's Terms load inside its web app; we read the Terms of Service page as served on that date.
It depends on what you post. Both pay creators 80%. Fansly documents an algorithmic For You page, while OnlyFans allows labeled photorealistic AI content, which Fansly does not. For a photorealistic AI character, OnlyFans or Fanvue fits; for a real creator who wants in-platform discovery, Fansly is worth a look.
Not photorealistic AI content. As of October 2026, Fansly's Terms prohibit photorealistic or lifelike content substantially generated by AI, and its Help Center says labeling it as AI does not make it allowed. Non-photorealistic virtual creators can apply with their real identity.
Yes, with conditions. OnlyFans' Terms allow AI-generated content that follows the rest of the Terms and is clearly captioned as AI, for example with #ai or #AIGenerated, on an account owned by a verified adult.
Neither. OnlyFans' fee is 20% of each fan payment, and Fansly pays creators 80% of subscriptions, sales and tips. Fanvue's standard rate also pays creators 80%.
Fansly has an algorithmic For You page and hashtags; a post needs Promote Post, and locked media needs a free preview, to appear there. OnlyFans' Terms mention home-page recommendations based on what fans with similar subscriptions follow.
For a photorealistic AI character, yes, because Fansly does not allow photorealistic AI content and Fanvue has a verified AI creator category. Fanvue labels AI accounts and requires disclosure of all AI-generated media.
Vixxxen builds one consistent AI character with premium sets and SFW teasers for any platform whose rules allow it.
