• All AI-generated characters are fictional creations and are intended to be depicted as adults (18 years of age or older).
• Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

2. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

To ensure the safety of our community and compliance with federal law, the following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities (including NCMEC):

• CSAM: Any generation or upload depicting minors or child-like characters in a sexualized manner.
• Non-Consensual Imagery: Deepfakes or realistic depictions of real people without their consent.
• Bestiality/Zoophilia: Content depicting sexual acts with animals.
• Violence: Content depicting non-consensual sexual violence.

3. Voluntary Record Keeping

While exempt from maintaining performer records (as there are no performers), Vixxxen voluntarily maintains technical logs to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and to assist law enforcement if necessary. These records include:

• User account information and IP addresses.
• Timestamps of content creation.
• Text prompts used to generate content.
• AI Model generation parameters and metadata.
